Strategic Vision – Finding New Markets

An online decorated apparel retailer had wanted to grow their business but was having difficulty finding a way. They contacted Sunriise Business Solutions to facilitate a strategic vision and plan exercise. We met the organization’s leadership team in an isolated location and facilitated a S.W.O.T. analysis to understand where the organization stood internally, in the market, and with its customer base. Using various idea-generation exercises, we identified 3 markets that were not currently being targeted by the online retailer.

Having discovered a substantial opportunity, we then worked with the leadership team to create a strategic vision and plan to tackle these available market opportunities. We stayed on to help with the initial steps of the strategy as it was being deployed, and the end result was a 5% greater market share, along with a 22% increase in revenue.
