New Facility Across the Country

A multibillion-dollar domestic wholesale and retail apparel company located in CA secured a 780,000 facility in MD to be the company’s second distribution center near Washington D.C. Except for a small spec office, the building was a shell that needed a completed buildout. We first worked with the client’s leadership team, and the management of the existing DC location, to understand process improvements that could be instilled in the new facility.

With that information, Sunriise had initial drawings for the facility created and presented them to the client. Together we perfected the drawings and proceeded to have multiple Sunriise partners price the entire project for a general budget that included:

• Office enlargement and enhancements

• Employee lunch area

• Remote rest rooms as per code

• Racking

• MSD room

• Server room

The pricing results have been presented to the client and this project is still underway.
